Preorder Policy

Preorders constitute the sale(s) of merchandise, not currently in stock, which is scheduled to be received and shipped at a future date. Our store policy requires a 30% deposit(excluding applicable shipping charges & tax) towards all preorder items. We essentially reserve this inventory on your behalf, removing it from our available, upcoming season stock.

Since these items are reserved especially for you, the 30% deposit required at checkout is subject to being forfeited should you not fulfill your initial obligation. Should we be unable to fulfill our obligation regarding a preorder, whether the circumstances arise from company shortage or unforeseen consumer demand, we will honor your deposit towards a store credit, in addition to including complimentary priority shipping for you.
